Really, why would you want to keep a subscriber who is no longer engaged with your newsletter?
Open the door gracefully, and wish them luck.
If you don’t, you’ll not only leave a bad taste in your (now) ex-client’s mouth, they’ll most likely report you as SPAM just to get off your list. And rightly so.
